IF quenching equipment is comprised of IF power supply device, transformer, quenching control cabinet, induction coil, and support quench machine tool, is applicable to metal as a whole and part surface and local heating treatment to improve metal surface hardness and durability of work pieces, such as diamond, saw blade, drill bit, turning tool, hard metal, gear, crank shaft, axle shaft, and fastener, tooth-by-tooth quenching of large gear, step or continuous quenching of wheel and large shaft parts, is characterized by high power and deep quenched case and can not be replaced by IGBT solid state HF equipment.
