High temperature Car bottom heating furnace
Introduction of trolley furnace:
RT2 series of high-temperature car-botton resistance furnaces is national standard, energy-saving and periodic resistance furnace, with ultra energy-efficient structure, using composite fiber for heat preservation, and ultra-light and high-strength refractory materials. It can save energy from 60% to 70%. The furnace mouth has a brick for preventing workpiece impact and the trolley uses double-layer sealing, with integrated rail connection and easy mounting and operation.
Application of trolley furnace:
It is mainly applied in quenching, annealing and aging of high chromium steel casting and high manganese steel casting, nodular cast iron, roller, steel ball, crusher hammers and wear-resistant lining plate and heat treatment for various machinery parts.
